Deborah Brotzman is a Board Certified Naturopath Doctor and a significant component of the integrative health team.  Dr Brotzman’s years of practicing Naturopathic principles provide a viable component to exhilarate health and wellness to each and every  patient/client at Innovation Health and Spine. Deborah Brotzman ND’s approach is to support the individual based on their specific needs and goals for better health and wellness.  This may be achieved by proper foundational support using food as medicine, nutrient support, healthy mental outlook, and other natural health modalities that help achieve a healthier state of being. 

Naturopathy is based on principles of supporting one's body by making use of proper nutrients, lifestyle foundations, and natural health modalities to obtain a synergistic effect that gives a person the ability to achieve a healthier state of being.  During this journey you will be supported every step of the way as you grow into a new healthier version of yourself.  Each client receives charts to graph where their health concerns began, and improvements made and documented for a comprehensive approach to navigate their health journey.  By utilizing multiple approaches based on a client's specific needs we can customize what best suits each individual. 

Dr. Brotzman's approach is to help her clients focus on a healthy lifestyle by educating her clients on what natural health modalities may best suit their program in order to enhance their overall health and well-being. Dr. Brotzman does not diagnose or treat, but instead supports each individual's specific needs. By doing so, her client's bodies begin to communicate properly within to deliver the nutrients and foundational backing needed to achieve optimal health.   Wellness plans are created to support clients in all aspects of their life.  Each client's needs are valued and are used to customize what will work best to enhance their goals for health and wellness.
